We provide the Website free of charge and on an “as is” basis. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any services provided through the Website without prior notice. We may update or amend the content of or suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time. We offer no guarantees of availability and the Website may be unavailable at any for any period.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
