The 4th annual State of Enterprise Mobility Survey and Report was released on 15 February 2022 and introduces new findings on the state of enterprise mobility while also supporting comparisons to last year’s study.

This year’s survey was split across enterprises in the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany and Spain and focused on two employee groups:

  1. Those in IT in charge of mobility for enterprises
  2. Mobile workers who depend on mobility to do their job

The survey results show the overall level of outages is far greater than seen in our previous surveys, and highlights a growing need to move beyond MDM/EMM with a new set of tools to provide real-time visibility into the Health and Utilization of mobile devices.
